Here I go again: the end of the semester culminates in a trip to Seattle for the Association for Asian American Studies annual meeting! I will be presenting on a roundtable called “Games and Asia/America,” which celebrates the publication of Made in Asia/America: Why Video Games Were Never (Really) About Us, edited by Tara Fickle and Christopher Patterson, from Duke University Press.

My essay “Gaming While Asian,” which is written in the form of a choose-your-own-adventure, appears in Made in Asia/America. I look forward to talking about it and some of my other work on Asian American games.
